My Workflow
The goal of my professional product photography is to capture your products’ essence and make them stand out in a crowded marketplace. My four-step workflow makes sure I deliver consistent, high-quality images.
You’ll learn all about my process for working on product photography projects here, from the initial consultation to the final delivery. No matter what kind of business you have, my workflow meets your needs and exceeds your expectations.
STEP 1: Getting to know each other

🔶 Tell me what you need: You can contact me through my website or by email to discuss your project and ask any questions you may have.

🔶 Consultation and Briefing questionnaire: Once we have established contact, we will schedule a consultation or send you a questionnaire to discuss your product photography needs in greater detail. During the consultation, we will discuss your project requirements, your target audience, your brand identity, and any other relevant details that will help me create the perfect images for your products.

STEP 2: Pre-shooting

🔶 Concept/idea: Based on our consultation, I will provide you with a detailed proposal outlining the scope of the project, the timeline for completion, and the total cost. The proposal will be tailored to your specific needs and will include all of the necessary details to ensure a seamless and stress-free experience.

STEP 3: Agreement and Shooting.

🔶 Sign an agreement: Once the proposal has been accepted, we sign an agreement that clearly outlines what you will receive, when you will receive it, and how much it will cost.

🔶 The products are usually shipped to my studio in Diemen with a return label, so they can be returned once the shooting is finished. Products must be in perfect condition, and at least two copies per product/colour.

🔶 Shooting: As soon as receive the products I will begin the photography process. This includes setting up the shoot, capturing the images, and editing them to perfection.

🔶 Proofing: Once the images are complete, I will provide you with a preview so you can review and approve them before final delivery.

STEP 4 Delivery

🔶 Get the job done: Once you have approved the images, I will provide you with the final files in the format(s) of your choice.

🔶 Payment: You have 5 days to pay the invoice for our services. From there, you can begin using the images to promote your products and grow your business.
